Making complexity
manageable.
Accountability, delivery discipline and the conditions that help teams perform at their best.
Experience & principlesManish Kapoor / Technology leader & author
Over two decades inside technology services. A perspective shaped by leading global teams, recovering complex engagements, and exploring what AI makes possible.

The person behind the record
I began in technical support and infrastructure engineering. Over time, my focus became less about any one system and more about the people, decisions and commitments that hold an organization together.
I have helped recover engagements across multiple industries and domains, including Data Center, End User/Workplace Services, Cybersecurity and AI. The common thread is restoring trust through clearer priorities and consistent delivery.

Perspectives
On client trust, difficult turnarounds and the people a business depends on. Reflections grounded in experience.
Serving clients
Priority 1 incident resolved in 3 hours 40 minutes. I have read that sentence, or one like it, in more service reports than I can count. It is accurate.
Leading people
Every IT services firm has three to five people it quietly depends on. The engineer who knows the oldest client's environment by heart. The delivery lead the biggest account calls first.
Turnarounds
When an engagement is rated Red, the instinct is to produce a recovery plan in the first week. In my experience, the first two weeks are better spent listening and stabilizing.
